DEsportsHQ provides software for K–12 athletic departments, AAU/club programs, and tournament organizations. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Account information (name, email, organization), schedule and roster data your organization uploads, message delivery metadata, and standard server logs. We do not sell personal data.

SMS & email

Parents opt in to receive messages and can unsubscribe at any time. Reply STOP to any SMS or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Children's privacy (FERPA / COPPA)

DEsportsHQ operates as a school-service provider under FERPA and COPPA. Your school or organization controls the data; we process it on their behalf and never use it for advertising.
