By using DEsportsHQ you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

Acceptable use

You won't send unsolicited messages, spam, or content that violates applicable law. Bulk SMS must comply with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier guidelines.

Billing

Plans renew automatically. Cancel any time before renewal to avoid charges. SMS overage is billed monthly at the rate posted on the Pricing page.

Liability

DEsportsHQ is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
